[Logic] LoTW Problems for Beta Testers !!!

I deleted the beta versions and all files.  The new install took a few
seconds and I applied for a new certificate.
The process is less than intuitive, I'm sure the League will get a lot of
phone calls.

I don't understand the rush to implement the LoTW.  There are no disclosed
plans to integrate it with the awards program.
