[Logic] Update install error

Thanks for the advice.  The missing file was mswinsck.ocx.  Don't know what
happened to it, but I downloaded a new copy of it, registered the file, and
all is fine.

Does the dialog tell you which .ocx file is missing... It's a file for
some of the controls on the form... It's either missing or not where
FoxPro expected to find it.

If so... Do a search and find it... Then point FoxPro at it and it
should be fine.
