[Logic] LOGic 6.0.165 Update ?

I just downloaded and installed the latest update to LOGic 6.0.165. Following 
the directions on the website, I first deleted the web_callbook.dbf from the 
data folder in the previous version before installing the new version. 

I also went to the FTP area and downloaded the web_callbook.dbf. 

My question is do I now replace the web_callbook.dbf file that loaded with 
the installation in the data folder with the one that I downloaded from the FTP 
area?
The one that loaded in the data folder is 2.83 KB dated April 9, 2003. The 
file from the FTP site is 2.45 KB dated September 12, 2003.
