[Logic] LOTW and LOGic

Hi All,

Would someone kindly publish a step by step procedure for submitting the =
LOGic log to the ARRL LOTW.

I have already downloaded and installed, TQSL and TQSLCert.

Could a procedure not be created in LOGic for doing this, such as a =
window where one could just fill in the blanks and submit, much like the =
printing of reports, etc.?
