You might want to take a peek at the DXLAB suite... DXKeeper has already
done some work to address these problems... might be able to "borrow" some
ideas ;-)
FWIW... Lotw may come on-line... but based on the number of matches I
actually received for the Q's I uploaded (about 30 out of 2000) in the beta
version... it may be a while before it "catches on"... so I think we have
some time...
As for eQsl... let's face it, that's really just for fun... since it's not
valid for awards generally. I check my eQSL stats on the eQSL website.
