[Logic] DXCC reports

I am not sure why it happened that way Julio. Way back at the beginning
I typed them in myself and I choose DXCCSUB: because that is what Logic
suggested. The instructions mentioned that if it was a "User defined
field" it must be followed by a colon. I have never instructed Logic to
automatically mark them as submitted. I have just continued to type them
in because it allows me to check when I get the cards back to see if
any were rejected etc. and to give them one last look to see if they
were credited to the proper entity.
