[Logic] Multiple Icom Rigs and CT-17 Level Converter

Baud rate... obvious...
Address... that is the hex address that the radio will respond to...
Tranceive... if on, the radio emits data anytime frequency or mode is
changed, and it reponds to "broadcast" commands as well as those that are
addressed to it's address... see above
731... the radio works in 731/735 compatability mode... frequency data is
shorter by one byte, but frequencies can only go to 99.999 MHz...

This is the same as always, so 2 radios on the same bus should follow
one-another around if transceive mode is enabled on both...

You don't even need a level convertor... just connect the remote jacks
together and they should be slaved together...
