[Logic] Multiple Icom Rigs and CT-17 Level Converter

If you are using 2 interfaces there is no reason you can't use the same
baud rate and address. As for different baud rates... That may not
work... It depends on how the program controls the COM port... I'm
pretty sure some software expects the baud rates to be the same,  and
probably won't use the 2nd baud rate. Anyway, the only correct way to do
it is with 2 interfaces... Using 2 baud rates defeats the packet
anti-collision mechanism...
