[Logic] SMIRK membership dbf file available

I now have a working, importable SMIRK membership database file. If you want
it, let me know and I'll e-mail it to you as a ZIPped attachment, along with
instructions on how to set it up in LOGic 6. (May work with earlier
versions, don't know.) It will check the SMIRK member list for a number
whenever you work somebody on 6M only. It won';t check if the QSO is on
another band.

At the moment, I don't have any way to pull SMIRK numbers for >old< QSOs
into the log as a batch job. I added mine manually, one at a time.
