[Logic] LoTW confirmations

I created a log fields for "qsl rcvd via" & "qsl sent via" with drop down
menus so I know how I sent & rcvd the qsl (dir, e-qsl, lotw etc.).

Not only that, but if I have K4FBS confirmed on 10 meters, I would want to
know if it were a card or LoTW because I may also want him for the Tenten
WAS. Even if some groups also go with LoTW there are some like IOTA that
want the IOTA number right on the card and won't accept it if it's not
there.
What I'll be real interested in is to see the award rules. Right now when
you click on it you get "coming soon'.....
