[Logic] ADIF Export Time Settings ?

Thank for the info Art.
At least now I know LOGic 6 will do what I expected.
I was really hoping for some obscure setting in "Advanced Setup" or something.

This isn't a function of LoTW existing the time or not.  It's just the fact that
LOGic 5 uses HHMMSS internally and HHMM for export.  Now that I think about it LoTW
wasn't around when LOGic 6 came out.
