There is a "Miscellaneous utility" function to clean up dupes...

Here's the header that explains it...

*       deldupes.prg

* deletes duplicate QSOs from log

*	1.1 6/25/93	dh	Keep best QSL status. Use SQL for speed
& laziness.  Count removed records.

*	1.2 12/7/00 dh  Handle QSL status I and X properly

? "DELDUPES.PRG. v 1.2 Removes Duplicate QSOs from log"
?
? "If two OR MORE QSOs have the same CALL, QSO DATE, TIME ON, and
OPERATOR,"
? "this utility will delete all but one of them. When selecting which
of the"
? "duplicate QSOs to keep, this program will look at QSL RCVD, and keep"
? "the best status. If there is more than one QSO with the best"
? "QSL RCVD status, it will keep the one with the best QSL SENT status"
? "(Fulfulled, Requested, then blank.)"
?
? "WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE RUNNING THIS!!"
