[Logic] Portable Designation Problem

I have a similar problem, at least I think it's similar. After doing a
Update Awards Progress, the reconcile tab shows 2 contacts with the
accompanying messages.

WP4EJH-  PR not in the STATE list

KP2BH-    VI not in the STATE list

When I go to the log screen it shows KP4 in the DXCC field for the WP4
contact and KP2 for the KP2 contact.

Can anyone help straighten this out?

BTW I'm using LOGic6.
