[Logic] Spot Log Problems

I have also had this problem with the spot log. I had talked with Dennis
about it and he had done some work to try to resolve it but it is still
there. It seems to be a very difficult problem to solve. I hope work will
continue to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, I have increase my spot log size to 2000 so that the
problem occurs less often. I also erase the spot log every other night or
so. I then repopulate the spot log with the sh/fdx/100 command via my telnet
connection to packet cluster node. The idea is to keep the spot log from
filling up. The problem of dropping spots off the top only occurs when the
spot log is full.
