[Logic] lotw question

Unless you up load your log, no one can get a confirmation on a contact 
with you.
The same happens in reverse.
Split QSL's will be handled the same... submit digital for credit to the 
appropriate awards committee and also submit paper.
BTW: LoTW answers questions very rapidly.  Lots of discussion RE LoTW is
