[Logic] Spot Log Problems

Chris, I use 
http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/hfdx25.html
and I have spot log set to SHOW ALL and file size set to 500.

I have WebCluster Interval set to 5.0 minutes, Timer enabled and Process all 
spots. I have no problem with the log refreshing. 

Try last 25 rather than last 250 and see if the problem goes away.
