[Logic] new prefix

I typically make these enteries in the prefix table for the duration of the
operations
and then edit them out.  I do make a note in the comment section about the
operation
in the prefix table.  This avoids conflicts later with other operations at
other places.

I make the entries so the spotting table works properly as well.

He added TO4E as a "variant" which is OK... Though it really should be
