[Logic] new prefix

Nothing... only the primary DXCC prefix shows in the drop-down menu... it
would be impossibly confusing otherwise...

With the appearance of TO4E I wanted to add the prefix to the database. I
went to the prefix table and added TO4 to the FR-J entry in the prefix data
table.

When I add an new log entry for TO4E LOGic6 correctly identifies it as FR-J.
However if use the DXCC dropdown search window and search for TO4 I get
nothing.

What am I missing?
