[Logic] Setting QSL S/R for Imported Logs

I finished importing my ADIF logs for the ARRL DX contests.  Now I need =
to determine who I should send a QSL card.  I want to send a card to =
stations who are new band/mode/countries for me.   Is there anyway to =
filter QSOs in the log for "Progress for DXCC".  I want to see only the =
QSOs where the entry in the "Progress for DXCC" is not "F" for the =
country/band/mode.    Another possibility is to automatically fill in =
QSL_S for entries of stations where their "Progress for DXCC" is not "F" =
for the country/band/mode.

Anyone know how to do this?
