[Logic] Multi-user startup error with ver 6.0.152

After installing the latest patch I'm getting the following error on the 
2nd and 3rd networked computers running Logic6.  ( QSL card checking here 
is a big chore in this place with 3000+ cards incoming a year so I get the 
kids involed)  Both computers are running the same version and it was 
working just fine before. 

On startup I get the error:  Error 1705 "File access is denied 
\\HAMRAD1\logic6\data\common.dbc." has occured in program 
LOGICAPP.AFTER_INIT, line 8.  Attempt to continue YES/NO 

However, on saying yes to continue it seems to work...I hope...
