[Logic] 6.0.163 update/disappearing spots

Hello all:

A few of you have contacted me about the most recent spot 
in the spoit log getting overwritten with new spots, instead of the
oldest.

Pse download the latest update from 
the web site.  I haven't updated the web page yet, but it should be 
vesion .163 after you install it.

FYI, the spot file is indexed on timestamp, and we recycle bottom record in 
descending order.  Microsoft documents that there are instances 
where even another form can upset this descending order.  I stil have not
been able to reproduce this here.  But  I just forced the order 
to descending before I go to the bottom of the file.  I believe this
will likely fix the problem.
