Yes, LoTW is pretty neat. I've got about 6000 Q's loaded since June with about
150 matches. My Log is split about 50/50, HF/VHF Q's. Unfortunately the VHF
community hasn't uploaded many logs as I would expected. It would sure solve
the "Domestic QSLing" problem it they would just try it.
Just for the fun of it I also uploaded the same ADIF files to eQSL since I already
had them prepared. As I expected I got a much larger number of "Matches" than with LoTW.
This in part is due to:
1- Having been in existence much longer than LoTW
2- Used by more foreign operators.
3- Not a Beta program.
I think once LoTW gets out of the Beta stage you will see more operators start using it.
Also in a poll I saw, a large number of hams had never heard of LoTW, so I think the ARRL
has got to do something to get the info out there.
