Hi:
You can upload the whole log each time without any problems.
LoTW will basically report xxx records uploaded, yyy dupes, and zzz new records.

If you keep a record of the dates sent the last time just export the Q's after
that date, you will have smaller files to upload if time is a consideration.

Either way will work.
