[Logic] Creatring an ADIF Log File

Hi,

Ok,  never done this before;  want to submit a log
to the ARRL LoTW beta test program.  So how do you
create an ADIF file for submission from my Logic log?

Yes,  I have gone to both the Help file in Logic:
which says ADIF is supported,  but NOT ONE
WORD about how to do same. So, I opened the
Logic 6 user manual.  On page 10 there is one
sentence which says Logic can export/import
data in ADIF open standard format and that
Dennis was a co-creator of the program.  Nice,
but again,  no info about HOW.  ADIF is also
mentioned on page 41 of the manual;  yes,
just that a mention and no info instructions about
how to do any thing.

Guess I am supposed to know about the HOW,  but
I don't.  Any place I  can go to learn how to get
Logic to do this;  certainly many of you have already
done so,  hi.
