Let me know if you have any problems with it.  Note, you have to add
"GRID MINE" under Tools->Setup->Logfields  (If you've ever used the
ARRL VHF QSO Party Logform or the ARRL VHF Contest Logform in LOGic
then you should already have it set up as the latter two logforms ask
you to also put add a field called GRID MINE.  If you're using LOGic
6, don't worry about adding it as the the field will be automagically
added.

The logform is basically a quick knock-off of the ARRL VHF QSO Party
logform that was already there.  (Why re-invent the wheel?)  So thanks
to whomever made that one - either Dennis or maybe KE4TEG?
