Hi Jennifer,

All the "political" stuff happened in the early 90's. The Begin and
End Dates in LOGic's Prefix Table should be correct for these
entities.

In terms of OL vs. OK, I think OL is the official DXCC prefix now but
old QSO's with OK count as deleted entities. Again, check the
Begin/End dates in the Prefix table. Should be alright as it is.
