[Logic] Serbia & Montenegro

I know this question is most likely is dated, but early this part of year the Goverment of Yugoslavia voted to created a new country called Serbia & Montenegro, and Yugoslavia is no more, with the prefix YU/YT. Am I wrong.  In some resurce of OK, "OL" I still find that the prefix of "OK" is still being use. what is the correct Prefix?
