Hi Roger,

PDA stopped selling subcriptions to the QSL database some time ago -
around Nov or Dec of 2000.  At the time PDA was still offering
one-time purchases of the database on a month-to-month basis or
whatever.  I don't think the database is being offered anymore in any
form, but I am not sure.  Send Dennis an email or better yet, give him
a call.  I think he is not far from your neck of the woods.
