[Logic] Mail Label problem

I'm preparing my first QSL run with Logic.
I asked for the '4 QSO's per label' form and ran a sample.
All the labels with 1,2 or 4 QSO's came out fine
The ones with 3 QSO's have an added line:
Under Date it shows " 0 *ba 0 "   [thats zero and not O] and under UTC it 
shows " : "

Anyone have an idea as to what's going on and how to have these additional 
characters not show up?
