[Logic] Spot Log question

For some reason my spot log is not showing all postings in a range that I 
have requested.
ie: some postings that I do not need show while others do not in the same 
frequency range.

If I clear the spot log and start fresh that sometimes works but after a 
few screens of listings it goes back to not showing.  I have been looking 
at a given post only to have it disappear when an update comes in.

I'm using the latest version of Logic 6 and win 98
Anyone have a clue?
I've checked all the filters
