[Logic] Report save to a file??

Does anyone know how to save a report to a file other than an ACII ( i.e. 
word file).  I have tried using the ACII file , but it cuts off the year 
and puts in the time

The above line is from the report saved as an ACII file The date and time 
problem is in Bold print. Can this be adjusted??
