As far as the reporting goes you have two options:

1. The quick, real-time way:

Go to Forms->Progress List...pick an award and your bands/modes.  

2. The hard copy way:

Go to Reports->Awards...try selecting the AWARDS report as a
beginning.  It works the same way as the Progress List (pick an award
and your desired bands/modes).  Try the other reports too.
