[Logic] Buckmaster Hamcall interface

Hello all.

I tried the new Buckmaster Web setting in this new .150 version. It became
unstable when I tried to shut it down. I got the famous "Unable to Quit
Foxpro" message.

Still, it is slow to fill in the log window. The better solution would be to
utilize the monthly updates from Buckmaster that their own software uses.
That way you get the latest data at hard drive speed.
