[Logic] Awards Progress List - VE PROV ???

Thanks Margo:
I knew that I would have to update the VE list.  That was going to be my next question.
I wish I didn't mention NWT and PQ, that just clouded the issue !!!

The main question at hand is the "Awards Progress List - VE PROV" not working right, ie:
"ARRL Sections" vs. "VE Prov." !!!
