[Logic] "Ignore" flag

Why? Usa is a valid country and counts towards your DXCC as far as I
know...

On a similar note, I noticed that Logic had my DXCC country totals wrong
by one extra country - - mine !! Yep, USA is counted as a DXCC country
in the progress list.  Now, this may have come up a hundred times, but
is there a way to set the list to Ignore a country ??
