[Logic] Countys Again!

There is no easy  way. The way I did it was to put the "counties" and the
"judicial" districts into the List of Valid Values table.
I don't know how to save this section as an importable file, but I made a
.JPG picture of it for you.  Go to:

and look at Alaska Judicial.jpg

it is a picture of the section out of my List of Valid Values table.
