[Logic] How many Countys

If you are going to chase down all five of Hawaii's counties, be aware that
Kalawao is THE crown jewel in this batch.  As I have been told, it's the
former leper colony that is now converted into a national/state park and
preserve of some kind and is RARELY activated....

While I have people thinking:  Why aren't Molokai and Lanai 0also considered
counties??

And what IS the latest with Alaska and their "county" efforts?  I KNOW about
the four Judicial Districts (I only need # 2 for the whole batch), but how
far along is the formal surveying of Alaska, anyway - that being the only
reason Alaska does not have full and formal counties such as the rest of us
down here in the unfrozen tundra do....

There are FIVE counties in HI. They are Kauai, Honolulu, Kalawao, Maui,
Hawaii.
