[Logic] add space to labels

Ken,

I looked at "QSL labels with address, 3 across" and there is not a lot
of room to move the first line down.  One possibility is that you take
the QSL MSG (the very bottom) line out, then you have one row of
spacing to work with.

Or...

You replace the the top QSO label (and leave the bottom address label
alone) with another design such as "mutliple qso labels, 3 across" or
"multiple and single qso label, 3 across" something like that...

If you're up for any of these, I can show you how to move or cut and
paste the fields around.
