[Logic] widening "DESCR" in spot log

A few days ago Jack, K4WSB asked about increasing the size of the
DESCR field in the Spot Log.  See

MODIFY STRUCTURE

Change the size of the DESCR field.

I changed the width of my DESCR field to around 25 characters and now
I can see the whole entity name.  I love this program!  Have a great
