[Logic] DXCC Spots Configuration

Hank and Reflectees...

I made a boo-boo.  I should not have said that putting a 4 by itself
is the same as putting 1234.  They are actually different on
reflection.  If you want to track everything, then by all means use
1234.  Sorry for the mix-up.
