[Logic] Contest re-Score and log windows

I think this is the standard behavior.  LOGic needs to close the form
to properly rescore the contest.  

One thing that must be remembered: if you're using a contest logform,
then exit the program, and then come back to a contest logform, make
sure you rescore - otherwise dupe checking will NOT work properly even
though the scoring may be okay.
