[Logic] Window state and position

Agreed.  Same here.

Actually, Map is always in another window and not within LOGic's main
screen...you can think of it as always on the desktop so to speak.  On
mine machine if you minimize it (i.e. send it to the taskbar) and then
exit LOGic; upon starting LOGic again it stays minimized to the
taskbar.  So I guess Map is a little different here than on your machine.

It's the standard behavior but I agree, it would be nice for all
windows to "remember" where they were last.
