[Logic] Keyer form and Function Keys

Windows XP Home edition SP1.
512 Megs RAM P3 500Mhz

1. The keyer form does not come up after you do a shutdown and restart of
logic even though it was up when shut down.
2. The keyer function keys are grayed out even though some are programmed
and the expression builder has verified the functions.
3. If you have the MixW connection set and do not have MixW running then you
get the error to ask if you should start MixW and you reply not to, then the
dx web cluster does not connect. You have to retry the connection by closing
and opening the form.

Problems 1 and 2 are the most bothersome. I can turn of the MixW when not
using although it seems that should not be necessary.
