[Logic] Running 2 monitors

Steve:

I run two monitors with a $20 generic video card, and set up through windows 
98 settings.

I run the logic main screen on the main monitor, as well as web surfing, and 
use the 2nd monitor for packet spots and DXCC progress screen.  Pretty slick 
set up.
