[Logic] Changing the Time

Here's one more vote. Yes, Dennis, please do make this change.
I've been a Logic user for a number of years. But the time change only
happens twice a year. And I never seem able to remember that it makes Logic
burp. So, each year I wind up spending an inordinate amount of time fixing
times in my log, and worse, resending all the inaccurate QSL cards I've
launched.
It may not be a problem often, but it is a major pain.
Thanks and 73... Bill K3WA
