[Logic] CQ zone ITU zone DXCC entity

I have  been to the prefix table.

there is data pertaining to the DXCC, cq zone and itu zone.

DXCC appears to be correct, but yet doesn't fill in the DXCC entity prefix
in the log window.

CQ zone and ITU zone seem to be pointing toward filling in user fields.

Still need some help here.
