[Logic] FW: Dual Monitor

Logic does work correctly for me IF and ONLY IF , I do not put the windows
on the desktop. If I keep it all within the Logic Main frame then it comes
up on the second monitor correctly. I think I just have to choose which go
to the second monitor. I was running DXLABS on the second monitor. I will
run it on the first and move only WinWarbler over after I start until and
unless that is fixed.
