[Logic] Spot log award tracking?

[KS4S]

When playing around this weekend on CQWW, I notice that if I have the =
spot log set to "unworked only", it continues to spot stations that I =
have worked this weekend as needed.

For instance, after working HQ3A on 10 cw, it continues to spot HQ3A on =
updates as never worked on the same band. This especially happens if it =
is spotting prefixes, but I notice it on DXCC also.

I erased all spots, did an awards update, reindex, etc.... nothing seems =
to change it.  I must have something set wrong, normally I expect to =
update the awards status as I key in from the keyboard.

 I am at the point that I have to double check constantly since it seems =
I cannot depend on the red highlighted entries as being really needed.
