[Logic] off by one hour

I remember this happening last year and I can't find out in the help how
to fix this:

My computer time is correct (12:50 PM), but my logs get put in one hour
earlier using UTC.  I.e., I hear 17:00 UTC on WWV, but logs are put in
as 16:00.  

How can I fix this?
