[Logic] expression builder

Hello All

I need a little help designing an expression. I have a userfield called
USA-CA.
On my QSL to Me report I want to add the TEXT "USA-CA___"   and the field
"USA-CA number".

Now the problem, I do not want these to be printed when there is no entry in
the userfield.
I can make this happen for the USA-CA field with the expression,
!empty("USA-CA:",userfields)
placed in the "print when" window, but I can't seem to make the "print when"
expression work for the TEXT.

Any help would be appreciated.
